This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit classofnone.com, make a purchase, engage with our emails/SMS, or interact with our social media and ads (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
1) What we collect
We collect information you provide, automatically via cookies/pixels, and from third parties (e.g., payment providers). Categories include:

We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13 (or under the age required by local law). Do not use the Services if you are under that age.

4) How we share information
We share information with:

Service providers / processors who perform services for us (hosting our store, payments, printing/fulfillment, shipping, customer support, email/SMS, analytics, anti-fraud). They are contractually bound to use your info only to provide these services.

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and SDKs to:

A. All users

Custom uploads: request deletion of images/content you uploaded (see Contact).
B. U.S. state privacy rights (e.g., CA/CPRA, CO, CT, VA, UT)
Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising, and limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information. Exercise these rights by using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on our site or by contacting us (see Contact). We will verify your request (e.g., by confirming email/order info) and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent; we may require proof of agency. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with “Appeal.”
Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Notice of Financial Incentive (CCPA/CPRA): If we offer discounts or perks for email/SMS sign-up, we consider the value of your data to be reasonably related to the offered incentive (e.g., % off, early access). Participation is optional; you can opt out at any time.
C. EU/EEA/UK rights (GDPR/UK GDPR)
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing (including profiling for direct marketing). Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7) Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described:

Orders, tax & accounting records: typically 7 years (or as required by law).

Custom uploads: kept only to fulfill your order, manage reorders/returns, and (if you consent) for our portfolio/marketing. You can request deletion at any time.
We may keep limited data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
8) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege access, hardened hosting). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9) International data transfers
We are based in the United States. Your information may be stored and processed in countries where our service providers operate (e.g., the U.S., Canada, EU). Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms for cross-border transfers.
10) Platform & third-party services
Our store is hosted by an e-commerce platform and uses third-party providers for payments, shipping, analytics, advertising, email/SMS, reviews, and UGC. These providers process personal information under their own terms and privacy notices. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
11) Custom Pet / user-submitted images
If you upload images (e.g., for Custom Pet products):

You confirm you have the rights/permissions to use and share the images.

We use them only to provide the Services (create, proof, print, deliver; customer support) and, if you separately consent, for marketing/portfolio.

We do not create or store biometric identifiers from images.

You may request deletion of your images after your order is complete.
12) Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us to delete it.
13) Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
Your browser may offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. We currently do not respond to DNT. We do treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing where required by law.
14) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to the site with a revised “Effective date.” If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required.

How to exercise your rights (CA/CO/CT/UT/VA and similar laws)
