1) Where we ship
We ship to the United States and the destinations offered at checkout. Availability may vary by product and carrier.
2) Processing time vs. transit time (read this first)

Processing time = how long we need to prepare your order before it leaves our facility.

Transit time = how long the carrier takes after pickup to deliver.
Most orders ship in 4–5 business days.
Certain garments noted on their product pages (e.g., specialty/heavyweight or made‑to‑order pieces) can require 10–12 business days. When your cart mixes items, see the “Ship‑Together Rule” below.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Cutoff for counting the order date is 12:00 PM Pacific Time.
3) Item‑level lead times (what to expect)

Heads‑up: If a product page says “may take 10–12 business days,” that timing overrides the standard 4–5 day window for that item.
4) Mixed‑cart orders: the Ship‑Together Rule (very important)
By default, we ship your order in one package when all items are ready. That means your entire order follows the longest item‑level processing time in your cart.

Example A: 2 standard tees → ships in 4–5 business days.

Example B: 1 specialty hoodie (10–12 days) + 1 standard tee → entire order ships in 10–12 business days.

Example C: 1 Custom Pet item (after your approval) + 1 standard tee → ships together after the Custom item is ready.

Example D (pre‑order + standard): ships together on the pre‑order window unless you split‑ship (below).

To request this within 1 hour of purchase, email operator@classofnone.com with your order number and “Split Ship” in the subject.
5) Transit & carriers

Domestic transit is typically 3–7 business days once shipped, depending on the method chosen at checkout and destination.

International transit varies by country and customs.

Carriers update tracking within 24–48 hours of label creation.
Note: Choosing an expedited shipping method does not shorten processing time; it only speeds up transit after pickup.
6) Order changes & address corrections

Edits/cancellations: We start processing quickly. Request changes within 1 hour of purchase; we cannot guarantee edits after that window.

Address errors: If the address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may fail. We aren’t responsible for delays or fees due to address issues.
7) Delivery issues (lost, stolen, damaged)

Marked Delivered but can’t find it: check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If still missing after 48 hours, email operator@classofnone.com.

In‑transit lost/damaged: We’ll assist with a carrier claim; replacements are subject to investigation and stock availability.

High‑value orders: We may require a signature at our discretion.
8) Pre‑orders & limited drops
Pre‑order windows are estimates and may change due to production scheduling. We’ll email important updates and ship as soon as the product is ready. Orders containing pre‑orders follow the Ship‑Together Rule unless you opt to split‑ship.
9) Customs, duties & taxes (international)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customs inspections can add time to delivery.
10) Refused/undeliverable packages
If a package is refused or returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you for a corrected address. We can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the product price minus original shipping once the item is received back in resellable condition (custom/personalized items are generally non‑refundable except for defects).
11) Peak seasons & force majeure
During peak periods (e.g., holiday drops) or due to events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier disruptions), processing and transit times may extend. We’ll work to keep you informed.
12) Order status & tracking
You’ll receive an order confirmation email and a separate tracking email when your order ships. Create an account or use the link in your emails to follow status.
